Does it have to have 1 name?

I would love to use a couple words to tell you how I work, but when the work is not only tailored to every person’s needs but also to their mental, emotional, and physical state in each moment of our time together, it makes it very difficult for me to tell you using words.

Here is what I can tell you though:
”I commit to being there for you and holding space for whatever it is that you may need in those moments.”

“I commit to showing up with an intention of holding you if you need to be held, listening to you when you need to talk, and challenging you if that is something you want.”

“I commit to showing up with compassion for whatever it is you are sharing and through empathy getting curious and providing opportunity for exploration of different perspectives.”

“I commit to walking down this journey with you as a HUMAN with feelings and imagination and I commit to helping you develop the capacity to sit through the discomfort that comes with it".”

I have an undergrad in Psychology, a Masters in Psychotherapy, certification as an advanced yoga teacher, in the process of completing my Yoga therapy certification, I took training in self-compassion and mindfulness, and completed the PACT training for couples therapy.

I commit to using it all and more to show up in the best way I can for YOU.
